Called to me yesterday

Received a text message from 611611 that says "you can now check your data usage" text USAGE to 611611. It is seemingly from Straight Talk but if you call Straight Talk they tell you that they DO NOT send their customers such things,so I didn't try it. It may be a scam where someone is attempting to access your phone or its contents.

611 calls made from my phone are dropped and international calls are made. any reports on this?

Call control is blocking 611 which is my cellular company. I want to receive this call. How can I unblock it. Thanks.

I live in the Southeast and this is 611 is the T-Mobile Support Number that you use if you need to any kind of help from them. Sometimes if a call drops, they will call back and it shows as 611.

I have been a T-Mobile customer for 11 years and this has always been our support number. It even comes already in my contacts on my phones. I am talking ONLINE ONLY, not a STORE FRONT T-Mobile store.

This is only my experience with this number.
