The call starts as a recording and tells you to press1 if you are interested or to press 9 if you wish to be removed from their calling list. I have consistently responded to remove me from the calling list. Was told this could take up to 2 weeks. I am 2 months into these calls and receiving them every 2-3 days. On the 7th I responded by pressing #1 and told them politely to remove my # from their listing. I was hung up on. Today, 11/12/12 W 4:25 pm and also responded by pressing #1. I didn't get the man's name, but was told they were calling from 1st Alert. I again gave the message that I was not interested in their product and to remove me from their calling list. The man belched in my ear and hung up the phone.
