The call starts out with a man (with an accent) asking for me by name and saying that he's from "tech support". In previous calls they said "Microsoft Tech Support". The first time I got this kind of call, I let it go on to the point where he wanted me to use my browser to go to a site and enter something. I hung up at that point and blocked the number. They're using other numbers.
