I was harrassed repeatedly. I am dealing with the loss of three family members in the past four months and lots of other issues and along come Neil Jones and Company harrassing me constantly. Don't answer, they call back again seconds later. I was told me not returning their call on the day my spiouse fell sick and I had to be in ER with made me unprofessional. That was immediately addressed, my professionalism is very great, scammers arent at the top of my list sorry. Their inhouse Officer overtalked me and said I would call back in an hour saying that I'm sorry. It's time to get people like this in order. I am filing a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission under thye Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. If anyone has suffered any tiype of unfairness dealing with these folkss and you have valid cause, please report to the FTC. People like this will get away with this type of activity if no one brings it to the forefront.
