I received a phone call today from someone with a indian accent saying that my computer was sending viruses and he wants to help me fix it. He asked me to go to www.ammyy.com and when i got to the are that have an 8 number and my computer ip. i stop again and ask him for the 5th time to give a phone number to call him back to make sure he is from Microsoft. He give me this number and he will be on hold. No Microsoft for sure. Then, I used the *69 and he was calling from 999-910-0102.

I called Microsoft, and they informed me that they have ways to fix the problem without calling the customers, it was a scam. They asked me to give them permission to check my computer for problems and after checking. They wanted my to pay $299.99 a year to install a program.

I went from one scam to another.
