We received the same phone call from1-877-430-1434 requesting our private information as well. When we refused we were told the information they had is important and that they could not share it with us until we verified our names and addresses. We said we would go to our local branch and they hung up. Calling back the number brings you to the same type of answering system identifying them as BOA but no one answers. I called my local BOA bank and checked my online service to find no alerts or messages.
