I received a very similar voicemail. I called them back, verified the information they had on file and then called the company they were supposedly representing. They said not to call the number they left on my voicemail and to call 800 542-1048. This is the true national credit adjusters number. They urged me to call their fraud line, since many of their clients are receiving scam calls. I haven't had a loan with this company in over two years and it was paid off two years ago. This matter is extremely creepy, since the person who called has the last four of my SS#. However, she did not know how much the loan was for. I highly recommend to call what ever company they are stating to represent and get the direct number, or call NCA directly! Also, legally, they can't leave the type of voicemails they have left. PLEASE TAKE CAUTION!!!
