Obvious fake number is obvious. 555 is not a real exchange combo; someone is spoofing. And that usually points to a scam.

Some robo-call about the American Pain Association and some pain pills of some kind

Claimed something was wrong with my computer, which is not true.

Called saying that there's something wrong with my Windows computer, and that they can fix it. My computer is fine! I assume they just want to hack it or load malware onto it or something.

Acro IT services called trying to sell me software. Blocked.

Called, no message left

Said I could claim something. Also, it was a robo-call.

Robo-call saying I owed on a payday loan, even though I have not taken one out.

Wanted to sell me information about furthering my education. Also, they call every day, sometimes more than once a day!

Called 5x in the last hour trying to sell insurance! These guys are persistent!

Left a text saying I need to call this number back because I have a vacation package I didn't sign up for. No way this is legit!

Text asking to call back. Don't know anyone in Mexico
