Irrational behavior, instant calls and when picked up keeps laughing. Called them back but no one replied. After a few minutes I received tons of spam messages that my cellular froze for a few minutes and had to be rebooted! My recommendation to anyone out there is to immediately block and report this number. 1 of my friends had the same case with a different number but of the same country code around 3 weeks ago
