These people constantly call my cell and work number harrassing me and being vulgar and rude telling me there is a case file against me. When I push for additional info, they ask for my supervisor or hang up on me. The most recent name they use is Officer Andrew Martin from Oscar Consulting Services, but they have used other names. It's always the same voice and sounds foreign. It's definitely a scam!
