I received one of these blatant scam robocalls and then I also called I called Tri-County Telephone. They confirmed that the Caller ID is spoofed, these calls in no way actually originate from that number and they further stated this is not being done by a customer of theirs. Again, it's spoofed. So I don't think there's a point in calling the phone provider to tell them to cut off the customer. They did suggest trying filing a complaint with the FTC.
