I just once answered the phone and heard "Hi, this is Keith on a recorded message from medicare rewards. Can you hear me OK?" & hung up.

Grammar from wherever English is a second language, educated but still amateurish, with sentence structure that blows the camouflage away. People who see and hear it often can recognize it.
