Leaves me a threatening message re social security scam.. rejects my call when I call back. Probably because I am calling from Canada

They call but don't say anything. . Third call I've gotten. . But you can't call them back.

They called me twice and don't say a word. I called them back and an automated message says goodbye and disconnects you.
