I actually spoke to a lady from this number when she rang me in Australia. She says she is from a UK based forex service and if I wanted more info re forex.

I am always interested in info, so I said yes and she said a senior forex person would ring me back the next day. They did, but when I picked up, they disconnected.

When I try to ring back (I have a Skype service which gives me free calls to 50 countries), the number is always "busy".

I would suggest it is probably one of those scam binary options services which rip you off - ie you always end up losing more in trades than you gain, as they have control over the software that supposedly lets you "trade".
