Paypal thing may be a coincidence, these people probably have no idea who owns the numbers they are calling, who knows, I don't have a Paypal and they called me, I've had my number for a while and my only credit card is with my bank (Wells Fargo) and I don't carry a balance. so I don't think it's related but who knows. Probably just someone trying to scam people out of card or ssn numbers.

I got a call too but didn't answer, no message, they must be in a roll, all theses comments are from this morning!! Definitely a red flag!! Blocked now!
