Believe this number is a call OUT only being used by Inmate Call Solutions (icsinboundline@gmail.com). It comes up but nobody there - then a call from an unknown number is the customer service people on a very poor quality line full of static and distortions to complete your purchase. However, so far it appears to be a complete scam. They gave me a "local phone number" then told me to call "Global" something at 1-866-230-7761 and have them "add it to their list" BUT DON'T TELL THEM WHERE YOU GOT THE NUMBER.. However, when I tried to do that they refused. No answer so far @ 469-420-5144 that shows taking money out of my account.
