The caller said his name was Mr. Linbaugh and that there was a petition filed against me in Pinellas County, Florida. I am supposedly deemed unresponsive. I, or my attorney, has to call him back by 5:00 pm today (5/12/14) at his 308 extension so he can get a statement from me on this petition.
