caller with a thick asian or indian accent tells me he is from the CIA and that I was going to be arrested for fraud unless I pay them money! I made a remark about his heritage and he didn't like it very much evidenced by the fact that he called me back about 5 times and called me names! This guy belongs in jail or perhaps "a better place"
