Calling for Albuquerque Fire Fighters. Not an actual fireman making the call. Use a fund raising/telemarketing company.

Unsolicited call: "Heather" at "Account Services" calling about my credit cards (no mention of WHICH credit cards). This call came in before - apparently with a different phone number, both with a local (New Mexico in this case) area code.

Unsolicited call acting as if they are calling about one of your credit cards and you need to call them to lower your credit card balance. NOTE: No mention is made of who the credit card is issued by or which card they are calling about.

"Elizabeth" with the "Resort Rewards Center" - an unsolicited call at 7:30 in the evening. Totally phishing.

Person calls asking for a Bogus name. Then when they find that that person isn't there they say, "well, perhaps you can help me...."

Indicating that you qualify for a loan or some other financial benefit. Totally unsolicited.

Unable to get any information because the person just continues to talk about all this free resort stuff. It's a scam because they said I stayed at one of their resorts before and I have never stayed at any resort ever.

Unsolicited call from "Lisa" about a credit card account that needs attention. The name of the CC company is not given.

Bogus call claiming we had used one of their resorts in the past (we never use resorts) and therefore they have a very special offer for the person they've called. They are very rude in that they do not allow you to talk at all to ask questions - at least not until their sphiel is over. They just continue to talk right over you so I just hung up.

Unsolicited recorded call to get a person to expose their credit card debt so they can fix it for you.

Trying to sell packaged trips to Orlando and the Bahamas, etc. and they just keep talking even though you try to politely tell them you are not interested. I finally just hung up.

Fishing for credit card applications workout giving any information about themselves.
