Hangs up when you answer. "Please try your call again later", when you call the number back.

"Hi this is ???" (computer generated female voice) "I'm calling about your current credit card". "There is nothing wrong with your card, but it is urgent we speak to you about it"
Says a few more things that I can't quite remember but at the end it gives you the opt to talk with someone by pressing 1 or opt out forever and never recieve another call by pressing 2. I always press 2 and it disconnects. I say "always" because I get a call from these people almost every single day and no amount of report to the FTC's DO NOT CALL website has resulted in the cease and desist of this company. I don't thing the National DNC List does a thing. In fact in my report I told them I believed they were worthless at least to me, because I have been reporting the same companies for just shy of 1 year now every time they call and no action to my knowledge has been taken. At least not action that results in the cessation of what I consider terrorism of my business phone lines and my personal phone lines, all of which have been registered on the National DNC for over a year.
There could be a reason for the continued calls for the fact that they have called me from more than one number, but I believe I've reported each several times either way. I don't understand why the government doesn't go after the COMPANY despite the number changes surely the FTC can figure out who the phone number belongs to?
