How can a debt collector get personal information? When I say personal information, I mean my future in-laws phone number. I have never used them as a reference, yet ARM keeps calling them and demanding that they give up my phone number and address. I have not moved in over 3 years and I don't receive calls from them. Can my future in-laws file harassment charges?
