always leaves an automatic message that does not identify the company

We are working on settling a medical-relatated account with this company. Like I explained in my first report about another number, we just don't answer calls from collection agencies since we are working on settling accounts through Greenshield. This is a collection agency and they specifically handle over due medical accounts. I have spoken to a representative there before and the person was professional.

I have received several calls (about 3/day) from this number or a variation of it. We are currently working with Greenshield, a legitimate debt settlement agency, and have learned to just ignore any call coming from unknown sources or numbers identified as "800 Service", etc.

However, just calling the number back with the caller id info results in a recorded message saying that my call is very important and to please hold for an agent. Of course, I hung up before an agent could come to the line.
