Received two calls to date. First one was a pre-recorded message saying something about "unable to complete transfer". The number they called is not in process of transfer. Weird. Second call was on Sunday morning, did not answer, no message left. Blocked the number. Think this is Charter or someone masquerading as Charter trying to "slam" phone service.
