Telemarketer? Scammer? An Internet search reveals that the number 917-318-6067 is being used by a New York wedding cake maker DBA Ms. G's Cakes.

Text message sent to my cell phone on Sept 3, 2011, at 3:29 p.m.: "The cheapest possible auto insurance is available to anyone who goes to www.automotivequote.net, where insurers compete for you. Text 'stop' to unsubscribe." The website is comprised of a webform to collect contact information, and there is no link to communicate with the owner directly, so I had to go to Whois.net to get information. Notice that "Pete Fletcher" has only had his domain since August 17, 2011.
