This posting is made by Lisa Foss Carnesville, Ga. We have been asked not to reveal the persons name that told us about the posting. Ms Foss will harass them . Ms Foss did receive text meaages from the "named person" after she initiated the text messages. She will deny but the local enforcemnt office along with the District Attorneys office have verified all information to be correct. The "named person" received several text messages, pictures, as well as nude pictures of herself and her boyfriend which was sent as "intent to harm". Ms Foss who wrote this posting has been reported to the Banks County Sheriff Office in the past for harassing text messages and phone calls to Mr, Ingrams wife. Mr Ingram is the account owner of the phone number that sent the harassing text and nude photos. Sprint Security has been informed and is investigating the matter. Verizon has also verified incomng and outgoing data for pending charges of identity theft by Ms. Foss. We were informed Ms Foss sent several messages using the 409# using a sight called Mobile Mammonth but didn't realize the phone was not in use at the time. Ms Foss is known to have also used a Dallas number in October to harass the 409# reported by her. This matter was also turned into the local officials, Law enforcement is doing somethig about this...there is an aopen investigation at this time. 12/20/2010 .
