Received voice mail message, telling me that I needed to return their call or they would be starting criminal charges against me, the beginning of the message was cut off, so I'm not sure if it was from the IRS or not, just know that the IRS doesn't call you, they ONLY mail you information and then sent their information certified if you don't answer their regular mail. They'll probably hang up on me anyway, being a deputy sheriff myself.. SCAM for sure..
