I haven't talked to Norton Tech Support in months but I do have Norton's on my computer, so it means Norton's got hacked or sold our info and did not tell us.

I received an unanswered call and decided to call them back to see who it was. You can hear it is definitely a callcenter setup. I have Norton's but have not contacted Norton's in months. A friend got a call from this same phone number and he has NEVER owned a computer, internet connection in his name, or anything. And if you talk to them long enough, they mention they fix computers, software, malware etc, and then go back to the malware issue again and how they will have a technician call me back. He never asked my name or anything, so it means he recorded my number and put me back into their system is my guess. But I have the capability to block numbers so that's what I am going to do. And I am going to report it on the Government's do-not-call website.
