Calls repeatedly but never leaves actual message. I can sometimes hear the caller laughing or talking to someone else, but then they just hang up. They have called during the week and on weekends from early morning up to after 9 or 10 at night and they call almost daily.

I received numerous calls each week from this number. They never leave an actual message. Mostly I get random laughter or I hear the caller talking to other people on my voicemail messages and then they hang up. Researching this number it appears it is either a scam number, or a bill collector for someone, but I couldn't find out any other details.
