Calling about credit cards and always it is last call, but they keep calling.

I have received several calls from this number at Pacifctel advertising about Credit Cards. I have repeatably asked for the removal of my number, but they continue. They tell me there is no problem with the account (which one, they don't say) but assure me they can save me money..
