Repeatedly calls.

Just another spammer. I finally gave up after literally probably at least a thousand numbers have been blocked. I now block area codes. Worst case scenario I send an important call to my voicemail. I probably have a dozen area codes blocked. My phone rings non-stop all day but I never see it I just see a flash on the phone. Pretty sad You can't even use your phone anymore. God forbid you're waiting for a phone call on an item and you have no idea what state it's coming from. Then I suspend the application and hope they call soon.

More crap phone calls. And now with VoIP out there, you can't even resolve who it is. That's why I started blocking area codes. That way they get the option to go to voicemail and leave me a message. Probably two out of the last few hundred phone calls left me a message; so I know it works.

Just more garbage phone calls. I started blocking area codes. I did not block my local area code, but even if I did, the caller would go to voicemail, so they could leave a message. It's cut my calls down tremendously by adding in the area codes. I probably have a dozen entered now. I have hundreds and hundreds of numbers on my PEST# contact lists.

Before call control what I figured out was to create a contact. Let's call that contact PEST-0. I would add the numbers as they came in as spam, then I would block the contact. Well on my Samsung Note 8, I have contacts that have hundreds of phone numbers in them. There doesn't seem to be a limit, but I'm sure there is one. After that contact had way too many phone numbers, in my opinion, I just create another contact and call it PEST-1 ... repeat. I'm sure you could come up with a much more colorful contact name that I did :-). Okay full disclosure, it's not PEST, it's not family friendly LOL.

To everyone saying this is a legitimate phone number, please understand it's extremely easy to spoof a caller ID. I can call somebody and have whatever number I want on the caller ID to display. I am in IT and have played around with this function just to see how it worked. They do this a lot from India. You think it's a legitimate site but they can barely speak Engrish.
