In addition to the paid look up on Call control, So Paid look up on beenverified.com returns absolutely nothing. Thus this is likely a VoIP number. AKA spammer scammer. You know, that sounds like a character from SpongeBob or something.

Spammer calling VERY early in the morning. Mister robocaller, that's one of the violations that the FTC will not tolerate. Calling off hours and you might jerk are guilty. I will be filing an FTC report. Takes 2 minutes.

They call it unreasonable times and it's always the same, I might have the wrong number but I want to buy your house. That's their get-out-of-jail-free card I might have the wrong number.

"Press 9 to complete enrollment". That's a really useful message. Block them.

This robocaller leaves a message asking, would you please call me back. No information at all just please call me back. Not going to happen. You know if you call those things back you've acknowledged that it's a valid phone number and you just added yourself to another hundred callers.

I researched this as you should, and it came up as a 2012 scam that was just done December 20th 2019.
