The persons name was Josh Taylor, but he sounded foreign. He said he was calling from Visa/master Card Services and that his ID# 786 and his ext. for the number above was 242. He said he was calling to lower my interest rates on my cards and that this was the final contact since they have been trying to call and sent mail to me. He had my address, when I ask him where they sent the mail to since I never received anything in the mail from my credit card companies about this. Since I said I couldn't so anything without speaking to my husband first (since I knew this was probably a scam) He hung up on me when I asked to be removed from the list. At first he said I would have to stay on the phone for 2 minutes while they removed me and that's when he went into his pressure tactics.
