is it possible that this number is one of those "spoof" apps that hide the original number and disguise the person's voice? because this person told me that they loved me and told me that there name was I love you...and repeatedly wanted me to say that I loved them! I figure that it is an Ex boyfriend?? but after looking at your post I guess its a hacker? but what would they hack? and why would he say that?
