I have been getting calls from this number for the last two months and they call me 3+ times a day. I have answered on a couple of occasions only to find dead air. They never leave a message so now I just ignore the calls. If they want to talk to me so badly then they should have the decency to leave a message. I had to do a reverse look up to find that the number belongs to Chase.
At this point it is harassment!!
