I would also like to add that the email came in showing "Jack Thomas" but the email attached to it was dechertlegal101@hotmail.com

I received an email that stated this:
Hi, This is Attorney Jack Thomas from U.S. Legal Services.
The reason we were trying to getting hold of you regarding unsecured debts which has been pending on your name and your social security number has been put on hold so before we issue the warrant for arrest against on your name give us call ASAP on (518) 380-2128 and i also attached a warrant copy so kindly check an attachment.

I called the number and it doesn't even ring, no busy tone, just silence for a 1-2 minutes then a busy signal sounds then cuts off. I did not open the attachment since the number did not work. In case it may be a virus. I work for the government and I don't even know how they retrieved my email address. I believe this is a scam because of course it is talking about a debt at which I know, for sure, that I do not owe anyone a debt. I have fell victim of Identity Theft so I take things type of situations seriously which is why I had to make sure it was real or not. Please take caution with emails just as we are told to do with phone call scams.
