Received a call today from Carly at 855-904-7781 with a "claim#" about a payday loan in collection. Asked for a company address since she stated that she was from Trans America Consumer Services(TACS). However, she stated that she could not do that because all payments are handled via credit or debit cards.

If this the same TransAmerica Consumer Services, then they are using another phone number. I just received a call from TACS at 855-904-7781 claiming I still owe a payday loan which is not the case. I tried getting a company address but they would not give it to me.
