The recorded message says, "This is Account Services calling." It goes on to say that the call is the "...final notice..." to lower the interest rate on my credit card. A person I spoke to said that their company was given my phone number directly from Visa Card Services. I called Visa to confirm this. The Visa representative said that was not true, and that Visa would never give an outside party my information for the purpose of lowering my interest rate.

something to do with my credit card, but it was not an emergency, some service, talked real fast on recording, asked to stay on line to talk to live operator. When live operator comes on line and I start to tell them to take this phone number off their call list, they immediately hang up.Except one time, when male operator voice promised to call this number MORE OFTEN.
