I called Google to verify and they said they do not make outbound marketing calls ever, they basically don't have to so they don't. They want to sell advertising or search space on Google and are representing with the automated call as Google. When you talk to a representative they say they're Federal Holding. But the automated message says Google. Federal Holding isn't even a valid company.
