I got the envelope stuck on my door that says important please call BOA with the number. My house was foreclosed on and I was given a letter saying that I was going to be evicted but that was months ago nothing has happened. For all intents and purposes the loan has bounced back to Bank of America and legally I shouldn't own home anymore. However no legal action is taken against me thus far.
