I now have 20 calls from 1-345-599-4270 in less than 4 hours time. How can I block or report this number?

Someone has called me 14 times from this number just today 7/9/15. It is very annoying and I refuse to answer it. Is there any way to block it or report it to the proper authorities?

134-599-4270 I have received 13 calls from this number so far today, July 9, 2015! They refuse to leave a message. I will not answer it because it's not a number I recognize. But I would like to know how to block it!
