I'm being harrassed for 10 yrs. I paid off providian credit card. I had a zero balance. I distoried the card. Now I'm receiving call from them saying that I own 4000 dollars. I requested a receipt items order and they refuse to send a copy of receipt. They are distoring my credit, I do not own them anything. I brain trauma injury and they continue to harrass me! I'm so tired of harrassment.
