I received a phone call with all zeros on my caller ID. A gentleman with a very heavy Indian accent , who said his name was James Parker and was born and raised in California, (LOL) told me I qualified for a federal grant of $7,200. He then gave me this phone number 206 - 452 - 3911. Then gave me an approval code to collect my money. I had three choices on how I would like my money sent to me either direct deposit into my checking account, put on my personal Visa or MasterCard, or a Western Union Moneygram. I was told there would be no fees involved whatsoever. My only thought is that once calling that number there will be a very large charge on our phone bill. If anyone else has had a similar circumstance can you please write it down I know that these are all scams but I'm curious to see how this one works. Thanks helenkoppie@gmail.com
