I have received several calls from an indian person calling my home, cell and work regarding a loan taken on line in 2010. He has an Indian accent which can hardly be understood. He is treating me with legal action. I have never taken a loan in 2010. I told him that in the US he has start a legal action by having a summons & complaint served on a person. He stated that he does not have to do so because it was online I told him he was very mistaken and told him to stop harassing me. He also left a message stating he was from the Federal Dept. of Justice and his name is officer Chris Crains and again threaten with legal action.
