(773) 312-4329 - Called who could barely speak English called and stated we was from the IRS and I needed to pay off a lien. This is 100% a scam. The IRS does not EVER call to collect and they would never disclose the reason for the call without proper ID of the debtor.
Hang up on the caller and block the number.
