Direct TV is the worst I have ever had....can not wait to be out of thier contracted prison of very very bad service!!!

I called to tell them I did not want to pay $250 for the NFL ticket, and to "not" renew it......so now I am getting a call from this #. I suppose they are checking on the service of the call. I hate Direct TV, worst expierience ever in all my years of TV service. I have a little more then a year left in thier prison service. When you sign up you only have a very short window to make changes, after that if you want to add on a box or other ideas they charge you hundreds of dollars. Which I did not pay. I can't wait to he done with them!!! All they want is "money ".....the heads at the top make no effort to budge an inch for customer service!!!
