This number is associated with criminal activity. The caller is part of a credit card number collection scam, where the number is reached after an automated messages instructs to dial "1" to speak to a customer rep, to get lowered credit card interest rates. I am being constantly harrassed by these criminals. Please contact law enforcement about this.
