When I answer the call, there is nobody there or response to my "hello". The past few weeks, it has occurred daily with the exception of weekends. Becoming very irritating.

Received a phone call stating they were from "Card Member Services", when I did speak to someone (he did not ID himself), I asked what credit card company they were representing and then I stated that I was on the National Do Not Call List and would be contacting the FTC and FCC for violation of the Do Not Call Registry. He did not say another word and hung up on me.
