Threat to sue me by the u.s. gov. for money I borrowed. which I did not. Wants money or I will be sued..no thanks

I too as well as my daughters have been contacted by this man, all they want is money do not fall for it. .called twice yesterday and it was Sunday...you know the U. S. gov doesn't work on Sundays.
