Exactly :) I was even able to find one of the alias company names they use online and their address is on the home page along with a mission statement saying they follow all federal trade laws......yeah sure..... I sent them a message to not only stop calling me but that I had reported them to my States Attorney General, the FTC, and the FCC. Not only that they are list on the BBB for Georgia where I believe one of their offices is located, at least its one of the 5 phone numbers they call from. I submitted a complaint there yesterday. Save all your documents proving you filed a complaint, save all the call recordings and messages, and send them a certified cease and desist letter with copies of all your filed complaints. This is the only address I have found for one of the names they use. Even if this company I found is not them, they know someone is using their name and using illegal practices to collect on phony debts. It would be enough for them to at least take action too. Anything any of us can do to help future victims will be worth it.

This same thing happened to me last year and this year. It is a scam, someone had stolen my information and I had to put a fraud alert on my credit report and of course these calls start coming in.....turns out my info was sold to these scum bags and they make up a claim to collect money you don't even owe. If this happens call your state Attorney General and file a complaint, then file a complaint with the FTC, and the FCC. If you are lucky and can get an address from them post it here so we can all turn it in. The company name doesn't even exist from what I can tell and they call from all sorts of different area codes.
Yes this is the second time I had these scum bags call me.......however this time I did a ton of research on the company name they did leave on my message. Speaking to them won;t do any good, it's a phishing scam designed to use scare tactics to weasel money out of innocent people for phony debts or old paid off debts. What is happening is all of us on here has had their information stolen off line at some point and sold over and over again to companies like this.
If they call again try to get the company name and an address, then file a complaint with the FTC, and your states Attorney Generals office. If you get an address send a certified letter telling the to cease and desist and include copies of your complaint claim numbers and any documents proving you have reported them. I have heard also that if you can get a word in edge wise to state your rights on the Fair Collections Act. So far this is the best way, but it may not stop them from selling your information again......
