I didn't want to answer as I have made a personal rule not to answer phone numbers I don't recognize. When I started to listen, the voice was a muffle female voice, it started telling me the call was being made from the IRS and I immediately hung up and blocked the number from calling me again. On the local news, they reported flake IRS calls such as this wanting money of course or they will take immediate action. Just hang up or better yet, don't answer.
